How much does it cost for a ceilidh band?

The typical cost of a ceilidh with the Rosevilles Ceilidh Band is £560 + travel.  This would be for up to one and a half hours (2 x 45 min + break) with 3 musicians and a caller, full PA system, mood lighting, interval music and videos of the dances.

We are committed to keeping ceilidh dancing affordable for all.  There is no ‘wedding premium’ and we will look at reducing the cost for unfunded charity and community events.

If you’d like to get an accurate price for your event simply let us know the date and, if you know, approximate start and finish time, what the event is and where it will be plus about how many people might be there.

What We Provide

The Rosevilles usually play as 3 musicians and a caller.  We can, if preferred bring in other musicians for a ‘bigger’ sound.  As we also play as a performance band we can, if you’d like to do a little less ceilidh dancing, do a ceilidh/song mix.  We can also play songs and tunes before or after the ceilidh for an extended event.

Where We Play

The Rosevilles are based in Redruth, Cornwall and play throughout Cornwall and Devon.  We may also consider playing anywhere in the Southwest.
